Hyatt Regency – Blooming Central Station
- Gilbert completed the design/build mechanical systems for this 8-story, 303 room hotel located in Bloomington, MN on the light rail line. The mechanical systems were coordinated using Revit and Navisworks programs and 20,000 anchors were installed utilizing multiple Trimble Total Work Stations.
- Mechanical systems included 4-pipe fan coil units, hot water boiler plant, air cooled chillers, domestic water systems including hot water storage tanks and booster pumps, and Alerton Building Automation System.
